On the Accelerator and Pro plans, Upcells includes an AI copilot that runs entirely on your machine — a local model, no cloud inference. Your CRM data is never sent to Upcells or to any third-party AI service.
Set up the model
The first time you open the Accelerator, choose and download a local model (Upcells recommends one for your hardware). It downloads once, then runs offline. See Settings if you want to switch models later.
Data pools
The Assistant answers over data pools — local, queryable snapshots of your Salesforce records. Save a query as a data pool (from Sales Data), then point the Assistant at it.
Ask
Open the Assistant and type a question in plain English, for example:
- “Which opportunities slipped from last quarter?”
- “Summarise this account’s recent activity.”
- “Draft a follow-up email to these stalled deals.”
It answers from your data pool using on-device retrieval, and can show the underlying query and rows behind any answer. You can generate quick reports and draft outreach the same way.
Voice
You can also speak your questions and hear the answers back — still fully on-device.
Privacy
This is the whole point of the local model: a genuinely private copilot for your CRM data. Nothing you ask, and none of the data it reads, leaves your machine.
