- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — a 30-day free trial on every plan, so you can evaluate Upcells fully before you pay.
- Monthly, annual, or perpetual — what's the difference?
- Monthly and annual are subscriptions (annual saves 20%). Perpetual is a one-time purchase you own outright, with updates included — a one-time 30× the monthly price. All three are available on Core, Accelerator, and Pro.
- Is the AI really private? Where does it run?
- On your own machine, using a local model. Your Salesforce data is never sent to Upcells or to any cloud AI. You download the model once, then it works offline.
- Can I connect more than one Salesforce org on a single seat?
- Yes — you can connect your own organisation's Production, Sandbox, and Dev orgs. A seat is for one named person working with their own company's orgs; it isn't a licence to run many separate client orgs as a service. If you're an MSP or agency managing orgs for multiple clients, get in touch — we have an arrangement for that.
- What does “device-locked” mean?
- Your licence activates on one machine at a time. Switching laptops? Deactivate the old one in your account and activate the new one — no limit on how often.
- What happens if I'm offline?
- Upcells keeps working for 7 days without a connection. Reconnect within that window and you're fine; after 7 days it prompts you to reconnect before continuing.
- Can I upgrade plan or add email support later?
- Yes — change plan or add the email-support option any time from your account.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are processed through Polar.sh, our merchant of record. They handle credit cards, VAT/sales tax, and invoicing.
- Can I get a refund?
- We don't offer refunds on paid subscriptions — the 30-day free trial is there so you can evaluate Upcells fully before paying, and you can cancel any time from your account.
- Do you offer team or volume pricing?
- Yes — email sales@upcells.app and we'll sort out pricing for larger teams.
