Getting started

Install Upcells

Download, open, and run Upcells on macOS (Windows coming soon).

Upcells is a native desktop app. It runs entirely on your machine — your Salesforce data flows directly between your computer and Salesforce, never through our servers.

macOS

  1. Download the latest .dmg from the download page. It’s a universal build, so it runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
  2. Open the .dmg and drag Upcells into your Applications folder.
  3. Launch it from Applications. The app is signed with our Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without a Gatekeeper warning.

Requirements: macOS 11 Big Sur or later.

Windows

The Windows build (a per-user .exe installer, no admin rights needed) is coming soon. Requirements will be Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.

Updates

Upcells updates itself. When a new version is available, you’ll be prompted from Settings → About; the update is downloaded, its signature verified, and the app relaunches on the new version. You can also check manually there any time.

What’s next

Once it’s installed, connect your Salesforce org.
